Hey!   

As you can see in that little section to our left, my name is Rachel and I’m a makeup artist from England, UK.  Lovely to meet you!  I’ve been meaning to set up a blog of some kind for a while now – I come across so many awesome and inspiring blogs here and I do love a bandwagon lol!

Actually, it was one of my good friends who gave me the kick up the rear that I needed to start this blog, so thank you to her.  She knows who she is ;)

So, what can you expect to read here?  Well, the obvious answer is anything and everything about makeup, along with an occasional smattering of arts and crafts.  But primarily this will be a space for me to talk about makeup, including stuff I already own, makeup I want to own…reviews, thoughts and I’m also planning on putting up some tutorials.  I will also be touching sometimes on more theatrical makeup – special effects, bodypainting and the like. 

I’ll update this blog pretty often I hope – I’m not sure about daily, but likely as not if I see something that inspires me, or that I think people would like to know about, I’ll post it up here for you to take a look at. 

I think I’ll leave it there for now and start thinking up ideas for my first official makeup entry.  Who knows what we’ll get along the way, but sure as hell it’s going to be a fun  and hope you’ll enjoy the ride!
